What is an Angel Watch™ and who is it designed for?

Angel Watch™ is a standalone 4G LTE wearable phone worn on the wrist. Paired with the free Angel Watch app, parents and caregivers can locate the wearer by GPS, place secure voice or video calls, restrict the contact list, set geo-fences and receive SOS alerts. The Series R and Series RS are designed for children and teenagers; the Series R Assist adds fall alerts, medication reminders and remote vitals for at-risk seniors.

Are there monthly subscription fees for the Angel Watch app?

No. The Angel Watch app is free on iOS and Android with no platform subscription. The only ongoing cost is prepaid cellular service, paid directly to your chosen mobile network so the watch has its own number and data for calling and location beyond Wi-Fi.

Does the watch need a SIM card to work?

Yes. A 4G SIM is required for device registration, calling, messaging and live location away from Wi-Fi. US and UK customers can select AT&T, T-Mobile or EE with no contracts and no overage risk. International customers can use most worldwide GSM 4G networks.

Can children access social media, games or the internet on the watch?

No. Angel Watch™ deliberately ships without a web browser, app store, games or social media. Only parent-approved contacts can call or message the watch, and every other number is blocked.

Is the watch waterproof and how long does the battery last?

The Series R is built for everyday water exposure such as rain and hand washing, while the Series RS is water-resistant for lighter use. Typical mixed use delivers a full school day or more; battery life varies with call volume, video calling and GPS refresh frequency.

How do I reach the Angel Watch support team?
