Orders completed before 12:00 PM (local warehouse time) on standard business days undergo immediate picking, hardware verification, and carrier handover. Orders completed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or during official national public holidays are scheduled for primary dispatch on the next operational business day.
2. Order Telemetry & Real-Time Tracking
Upon initial scanning by our shipping carriers (including FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Royal Mail), an automated operational dispatch email is issued. This notification contains your localized carrier tracking number, enabling full milestone monitoring from warehouse dispatch to final destination handing.
3. Customs, Duties, and International Border Taxation
Shipments destined for regions outside the United States and the United Kingdom may be subject to local import tariffs, administrative customs fees, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by the destination country's government agencies. These import fees remain the responsibility of the purchasing customer or importing party. Angel Watch™ products ship with international commercial invoices and standard HS code declarations to streamline border validation.
4. Parcel Insurance & Freight Protection Guarantee
To ensure complete commercial peace of mind, every shipment fulfilled by The Angel Watch Company includes comprehensive freight insurance. This protection covers verified parcel loss, severe carrier delays, damage, or theft during transit. In the rare event of an unconfirmed delivery, expedited replacement inventory is dispatched following swift carrier audit validation.

All Angel Watch™ smartwatches, bands, and accessories ship directly from our dedicated fulfillment facilities located in the United States and the United Kingdom, providing fast, localized dispatch for both domestic and international customers.
Once your order has been picked and handed over to the courier network, an automated email containing your unique tracking link is issued. You can track your shipment across all international transit hubs until final arrival.
Orders shipped within the US and UK include standard regional taxes. Deliveries outside these primary territories may incur local import duties or VAT assessed by your national border agency upon package entry.
Every shipment is covered by transit protection insurance. If a package experiences unconfirmed carrier delivery or extended transit delay, our support specialists process a direct claim and dispatch replacement hardware promptly.
